Hi, I’m Charlotte, a certified Non-Diet Nutrition & Women’s Health Coach.
Having struggled with my health as a woman and faced the pressures of diet culture, I know how it feels to be at war with your body and to be dismissed by the healthcare system. Especially at a time when you need help the most.
As your health coach, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space to listen to what health means to you and what you need to be well.
I help you build confidence and advocate for yourself, understand the role of nutrition in health (without dieting or measuring!), and ultimately make positive changes to your wellbeing.
Always through a weight-inclusive and non-dieting approach.

Women’s health is complex, we struggle to be heard and are often dismissed without any answers for symptoms, pain and worries.
At Women’s Body Trust Coaching, my 1:1 sessions are designed to:
Provide necessary time and a safe space to listen to you, your concerns and what you need to be well.
Support you in managing your symptoms.
Foster your knowledge about your health and hormones.
Build your confidence and ability to self-advocate with your healthcare provider.
Help you gain the recognition you deserve from your healthcare provider.
I’m here to support you through whatever struggles you are currently facing.
Body Confidence & Non-Diet Nutrition
The Non-Diet Approach (NDA) is at the heart of my coaching. It’s a way of supporting your health through self-acceptance, weight-inclusivity and intuitive eating, without focusing on dieting or weight loss.
While the NDA applies to all areas of my coaching, I also specifically help with:
Body image, confidence and self-compassion.
Your relationship with food and eating.
Tuning into body cues and (re)learning to trust yourself.
Non-diet nutrition that provides nourishment, not restriction.
Identifying movement that brings joy.
